Bloom's team will review all property documentation, contract, and other transaction diligence. Bloom will also be present to any contract signature and be the official translation at deed. Bloom can arrange POA if needed.

Bloom will use a third party private valuator instead of only the software data valuation. You can use this private valuation to counter any bank valuation if needed will taking a loan.

A property surveyor will come inspect the house and create a report for you.

Bloom can still assist you in your property purchase. In this case we are not getting any commission from the seller agent as you are their buyer. You can hire bloom to help you with the following:

In the case of non-existence of a seller agent (off market property) we require a 3%+IVA commission fee from our buyer. For Base, Premium and Discovery Service: we normally receive a 2.5% commission from the seller agent. In case we receive less than 2.5%, the buyer must pay the difference.
We provide invoices for all our services.
