It was a great pleasure working with Camille and Rory from Bloom Spaces. They have detailed knowledge of the housing market in Lisbon and are also knowledgeable about the sometimes complex administrative procedures in Portugal. The service was always fast and friendly and professional. Rory sat down and took time to discuss the pros and cons of the various apartments we visited. The signing of the deeds was all in Portuguese and there was a lot of complex legal language, creating a potentially stressful situation. However, with Camille to my left and Rory to my right, I felt relaxed and focused. I had a short time window for buying a property and working with Bloom Spaces saved me a lot of time. Very professional service which I recommend for buyers unfamiliar with the Portuguese housing market.
